As part of a series of illustrated city maps for Stantec, I played a key role in creating the Birmingham edition. This project celebrates the city’s rich history, culture, and significance by featuring hand-drawn illustrations of notable landmarks, influential figures, and local icons. The design blends intricate line work with hand-written typography, capturing the unique character of Birmingham in a visually engaging way. I was responsible for illustrating a large portion of the map and assembling the final composition, ensuring a cohesive and aesthetically compelling result.
This map serves as both a functional and artistic piece, offering an engaging way to explore Birmingham while reinforcing the company’s connection to the cities in which we operate.
